Rare Earth Magnet

Rare Earth Magnets are made from alloys of Rare Earth Elements. These Rare Earth Magnets are considered the strongest type of permanent magnets and also extremely brittle and also vulnerable to corrosion, so they are usually coated or plated to protect them from breaking and chipping.

Smco Magnet

Also known as Samarium-Cobalt Magnet, it has a similar strength as the Rare Earth Magnet but with higher working temperature ratings and higher coercivity. These magnet are extremely resistant to demagnetization, it also has good temperature stability with maximum use temperatures between 250c and 550c.

Ferrite Magnet

Also known as Ferrite or Ceramic Magnet. This material is one of the most cost effective magnetic materials manufactured in this industry. The low cost is due to the cheap, abundant and non-strategic raw materials used in manufacturing this alloy. This magnet material has good resistance to corrosion and it can operate in moderate heat, commonly used in assembly containing mild steel.

Magnetic Lifter

Features :
1. Powered by strong Rare Earth Magnets.
2. Holding or releasing work piece can be done easily by Handle switch, the lifter greatly improve efficiency.
3. 3.5 times load factor of safety, it can lift objects even there is big air gap with work piece.
4. MAX working temp 80℃

Applications :
The lifter can lift different shaped steel working piece directly, like steel plate, steel pipe or rod in factory, dock, warehouse, etc.

Magnetic Bar / Tube

2. SOUWEST MAGNETECH magnetic bar usually made of seamless 304 stainless steel tubes or 316 stainless steel tubes can be fine polished and full welded to meet food grade or pharmacy application .
3. Usual max working temperature is 80℃, we can offer up to 350℃ to meet your special applications.
4. Various ends-nail head, thread hole, double screw bolt and other kind ends are also available.
5. By using ferrite magnets or different grade rare earth magnets,different magnetic strength are available to meet
every customer's requirement, the highest magnetic strength of Diameter 25mm(1 inch) tubes can achieve 12,000GS(1.2T).

Applications :
Magnetic bars are the main part of different magnetic grate separators. They can effectively remove ferrous chips and
metal particles from loosely packed, free flowing materials.

Rubber Magnetic Sheet

Flexible Magnetic Sheeting is produced with calendering process. It is normally used in office appliance, advertising, checking and testing meters etc. According to its magnetization method, it is divided into penetration magnetization and surface magnetization.(pole width 2,4,7mm or 12,7/6.4/3.6 poles per inch).

As with all magnetic materials ,performance is difficult to quantify without going into complex formula. We strive in this section to give rules of thumb and an appreciation of different materials which will help in the selection of magnets. Hands-on testing is definitely recommended(with papers/air gaps as necessary) to select the best magnet for the job.
